x + y = 4
y = 4 - x

X-intercept:
Substitude y = 0 to y = 4 - x

y = 4 - x
0 = 4 - x
x = 4 ==> x-intercept

Y-intercept:
Substitude x = 0 to y = 4 - x

y = 4 - 0
y = 4 ==> y-intercept
