1) I can't read what is after denominator, but I guess ...tat makes te denominator equal zero. If so :
Then x ≠ - 3
2) Reduce the 1st to the same denominator: 3/(x+3)+4
= 3x/(x+4)+ 4(x+4)/(x+4) = (4x +15)/(x+4)
Now (4x + 15)/(x+4) = 19/(x+4)
Remove the denominator:
4x + 15 = 19, 4x = 19-15; 4x = 4 and x = 1
