I believe you have to write this yourself, so I'll give you a basic idea of what to write, and everything that's in capital letters you have to decide what it's supposed to be.
A PERSON has x of SOMETHING, and they GIVE/TRADE/SELL/LOSE 100 of it. Now they have 40 of it.
