mushrooms & other fungi as they are heterotrophs.

Heterotroph organisms don't have chloroplasts. Also, prokaryotic autotrophs (purple bacterias [or  purple photosynthetic bacteria]) don't have chloroplasts, they use their chlorophyll pigments to undergo photosynthesis.
