A 53 inch flat screen T.V. cost $3000 depreciate it’s price by 3% every 6 months. How much will the price of the T.V. after 2 years?

Since the price increases 3% every 6 months in two years it will have increased by 12% because 6 months happens 4 times in two years.

Saying that you will do

3000 x .12 which equaled 360

Then add the 360 to 3000 which is

3360
