A quadrilateral has exactly 3 congruent sides, someone thinks it is a rectangle, why is that someone wrong?

It is because a rectangle has 4 congruent sides.

A rectangle has 4 congruent sides since it has four 90 degrees sides, its corners. This someone say a shape with 3 congruent sides is a rectangle.
