What is the 33rd term of this arithmetic sequence?

common difference = -5

a(n) = a1 + d(n - 1)

a(n) = 12 - d(n-1)

so if 33rd term then

a(33) = 12 -5(32)

a(33) = 12 - 160

a(33) = -148
